The LCM team has conducted national and international workshops on planning, designing and orchestrating learner-centric MOOCs. They range from a short half-day to a more detailed 3-day version. The workshops address the rationale for LCM model, elements of the model, and hands on activities for creating sample elements. A set of workshops has been conducted for leading universities and organizations, including awareness-level, hands-on, and review workshops.
